Kristyn Granahan, MsCN

Kristyn Granahan is a nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, professionally trained chef, and holds
a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. She is passionate about helping people cut through the
noise of modern wellness and build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and their
health.

Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: wellness should be practical, personalized, and
sustainable. Rather than relying on rigid rules or one-size-fits-all recommendations, Kristyn
works with patients to better understand their bodies, build supportive habits, and create
meaningful changes that align with their unique needs and goals.

Before entering the nutrition field, Kristyn built her career in the culinary industry, training in
classical French cuisine and serving as Captain of Culinary Team USA (yes, it’s a thing!). Her
experiences navigating complex health challenges of her own ultimately deepened her interest in
nutrition, psychology, and integrative health, leading her to pursue advanced training in clinical
nutrition.

Today, Kristyn brings together her backgrounds in clinical nutrition, culinary arts, psychology,
and health coaching to help patients bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually
doing it. She believes food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, and that lasting health is
built through sustainable habits, education, and empowered self-advocacy.

Whether she’s supporting patients with digestive concerns, metabolic health, women’s health
issues, GLP-1 nutrition support, or general wellness goals, Kristyn’s mission remains the same:
helping people feel informed, supported, and confident in taking an active role in their health.
